Emergency Planning 

In case of an major Incident, CTMR Church Leaders have delegated emergency planning to Mission in the Economy. 

The Emergency Plan was first produced in 1993, and in December 2022, CTMR  commissioned Mission in the Economy (MitE) to become the ecumenical lead body, responsible for implementing this plan; MitE is responsible for contacting, deploying and managing the Faith Emergency Response Team (FERT) volunteers.  FERT volunteers are recruited and trained to a specific role description and represent many different faiths.
